Aerowheel Suction Blast Cabinets are high technology driven and cost effective. Their extensive use has put them in great demand in various Industries.
Suction Blast Cabinet works on the Induction Suction Principle for Abrasive Blasting. In this method abrasive is drawn from hopper into the blast gun by a partial vacuum created by high velocity air flow. This is useful for light weight abrasive & cleaning of Light Corrosion.
Suction Blast Cabinets are incorporated with an inbuilt separation facility in re-claimer which ensures uniform cleaning & finishing each time. Dust & debris are separated & only clean and sized abrasives are carried to the blast gun ensuring a homogeneous finishing.
Our Suction Sand Blasters are useful for heat treatment shops, tool, die & mould makers & shot peening of light metal components etc. Sandblast cabinets are equipped with dust collectors, vacuum filters and side attachments.
The Rotary Indexing machine works on suction blasting principle as a suction blaster. Blast cabinet is fitted with a bearing mounted indexing turntable, with a number of indexing positions. One indexing satellite stands outside the blast cabinet for job loading and unloading while other satellites stand inside the blast cabinet (one in blasting operation and others are in queue) the indexing turntable is driven by a geared drive. It has indexing movement i.e. after 90 degree or specific rotation, the turntable stops in such a way that the satellite , having a work piece, comes under the blasting area.
After the required finish is obtained, the indexing table rotates again by specified degree so that the next satellite having a new job for blasting to come under the blasting area and the blast job comes to the loading and unloading area.
In a Wet Blast Cabinet machine pump draws fine abrasive mixed in water (slurry) from the bottom of hopper and forces it to blast gun where compressed air is introduced to atomise slurry which is impacted on the surface to be cleaned.
Roll Etching machines provide required roughness /etching on rolls used in the rolling mills. The machine operates on the direct pressure principle of abrasive blasting & fully automatic operation. The machine has a blasting chamber, horizontal nozzle reciprocation arrangement, motorized work car, track extension with roll rotation arrangement, reclaimer unit and dust collector.
A Tyre Mould Cleaning machine consists of a Blast Chamber with Turntable & Abrasive Recovery Unit & Dust Collector 4 Nos. of Suction Blast Nozzle and its Reciprocation Arrangement. The machine has a Track mounted trolley with Rotary Turntable. The Turntable can move in and out from Blast Cabinet through Motorized Winching Arrangement. The Turntable is equipped with suitable Fixture for holding Tyre Mould on it.
A Pressure Blast Cabinet works on the direct pressure principle of blasting. In this method abrasive is pressurised in a pressure vessel by compressed air and then for nozzle.
